In an effort to keep the group fitness timetable fresh and vibrant we may occasionally cancel, change times or introduce new classes according to customer demands and industry trends.

CLASS DESCRIPTIONS

BODYPUMP® BODYPUMP® is the original barbell class that strengthens your entire body. This workout challenges all your major muscle groups by doing exercises like squats, presses, lifts and curls. Great music, awesome instructors and your choice of weight will inspire you to get the results you came for and fast.
BODYJAM® A cardio workout where you are free to enjoy the sensation of dance! An addictive fusion of the latest dance styles and hottest new sounds puts the emphasis as much on having a fun as breaking a sweat.
TUMMY, HIPS & THIGHS Anything goes in this hour long class! Hi/lo aerobics, hand weights, fitballs, skipping and medicine balls will be combined to give you an intense workout without the boredom of a treadmill!
INDOOR/OUTDOOR CARDIO Caters for all levels of fitness. Be surprised! A fun and energetic class with a new surprise every week.
CYCLE / ABS 40-45 mins resistance cycling to music to give you a full aerobic workout while toning the lower muscle groups, great for fat burning. Followed by 15 mins of abs & stretch.
ENERGISE & TONE This fun filled action packed class is designed to get the heart pumping and the body moving! Targets all body areas using a wide variety of cardiovascular and weight exercises.
RUNNING GROUP An outdoor cardio session for all levels of fitness including a stretch & cool down. This class will also prepare you for participating in Fun Walk/Runs.
OUTDOOR ADVENTURE Enjoy the fresh air and the group environment in a class full of challenging cardio and strength training exercises.
ChiBall™ Chi Ball is a unique journey into well-being, balance and vitality. Using a small plastic aromatherapy ball, this class incorporates movements from Tai Chi , Pilates and Yoga.
PILATES A fantastic floor work class incorporating the Pilates exercises method. Focuses on core abdominal stabilisation techniques, toning & stretching.
YOGA Improve your flexibility & stamina whilst relaxing the mind with Hatha yoga. A great way to unwind after a hard day.
